GSCA Announces Results of Its 2023 Board of Directors Election

The Giant Screen Cinema Association ꦰ(GSCA) is pleased to announce the results of the 2023 Board of Directors election. The following candidates will join the board beginning on January 1, 2023:

Representing Distributors:

  • Patty Collins, MacGillivray Freeman Films
  • Amber Hawtin, SK Films

Representing Related Businesses:

  • Mike Lutz, Evans and Sutherland, A Cosm Company
  • Michael Daut, Michael Daut Productions

Representing Production:

  • Jonathan Bird, Oceanic Research Group
  • Patricia Keighley, IMAX Corporation

Representing Theaters:

  • Caroline Borgudd, Swedish Museum of Natural History, Cosmonova
  • Dianne Clark, Sci-Port Discovery Center
  • Alan Nursall, TELUS World of Science–Edmonton
  • Adam Smith, Exploration Place
These newly elected directors will join the following board members, who have one more year on their board term:

Representing Theaters:

  • Heather Farnworth, Ontario Science Centre
  • Ryan Holota, Saskatchewan Science Centre
  • Richard Morrison, IMAX Melbourne
  • Jim Remar, Cosmosphere
  • Gordon Stalans, Tennessee Aquarium
GSCA extends its sincere appreciation to the following board members, who complete their terms in 2022:

Officers and committee chairs will be determined at a board meeting in December and will be announced after the meeting.
